Third away game of the season for Napoli Basketball that tomorrow, in the fifth round of Serie A, will play against Bertram Derthona Tortona. The game will be set at 7:00 p.m. at the new Palasport in Tortona.
Coach Magro's team is coming from two consecutive important win against Nutribullet Treviso on the road and, last Sunday at the Alcott Arena against UNA Hotels Reggio Emilia. Bertram Tortona had an excellent start off the season, losing only once away against Dolomiti Energia Trentino, while collecting three big wins against Armani Milano on the first game of the championship, and then winning against Treviso and Trapani. The match will be refereed by Sahin, Capotorto,and Miniati.
Coach Alessandro Magro:
"We are ready for the game in Tortona. We will play against a team with great offensive talent, which in many ways is very similar to us. Their outside players are very dangerous; Vital, Manjon, and Baldasso are players with great creativity and are extremely dangerous from the 3-point line. Tortona has a very deep roster, despite not competing in Europe. They have very long rotations and great energy to put on the court. They had an excellent start of season, winning all their home games and playing a spectacular match against Trapani. We will need to put in a very strong defensive performance and try to continue making progress. We have worked well, but we will need to raise the bar to take on such a high-quality team. It will be a test to see where we are in our development. We are ready to play this game."
