KRISTUPAS ZEMAITIS SIGNED

Guerri Napoli has signed Lithuanian guard Kristupas Zemaitis to a season-long agreement.

The 191 cm point guard, born in Kaunas in 1996, developed in the renowned Zalgiris Kaunas youth academy. Known for his leadership, court vision and ability to organize the offense, Zemaitis brings significant experience from top European leagues and international competitions.

After making his Lithuanian top-division debut in the 2016–2017 season, he established himself as one of the most reliable playmakers in the league. During his time with Siauliai, he averaged 8.1 points and 5.2 assists in the 2018–2019 season while also competing in the Basketball Champions League. Zemaitis later played for Nevėžis, Lietkabelis, and the Wolves, where he enjoyed one of his most productive seasons, averaging 11.6 points, 6.2 assists and 4.1 rebounds per game. With the Wolves he also competed in the EuroCup, averaging 8.4 points and 3.9 assists in the 2023–2024 season.

In the 2024–2025 season, under coach Alessandro Magro, he averaged 8.0 points and 2.6 assists, shooting over 40% from three-point range. This season he also played in the Turkish top division with Manisa, highlighted by a 15-point performance against Anadolu Efes. Zemaitis is also a member of the Lithuanian national team, appearing in recent FIBA World Cup qualifiers, including a 10-point, 6-assist performance against Iceland.
