Napoli Basketball season gets start tomorrow, as the team faces Maxima Roma in the opening round of the Serie A championship. The game will be played at Rome’s PalaEur, with tip-off scheduled for 6:15 p.m.
Following their final preseason game in Strasbourg, the Azzurri are preparing for their league debut in a very tough game against Maxima Roma, another Italian team that will take part in the upcoming EuroCup, which begins next week. The game will be officiated by Attard, Paglialunga and Bartolomeo.
GM James Laughlin:
"We are proud of the way this team has been built. We strongly believe in our players and coaching staff. We are aware that the level of Serie A has increased, with many clubs competing in international competitions and making significant investments.
There will be no easy games in this championship. We will begin on Sunday in Rome against Maxima, an EuroCup team with a well-constructed roster. They will be ready to play at home. We will be ready too.

Napoli Basketball will return to the court on Wednesday, September 30 at 8:00 p.m. for the opening round of the EuroCup, against the reigning champions Bourg-en-Bresse.
