Guerri Napoli announces the signing of American athlete Milton Doyle until the end of the season. Doyle is a 6-foot-4 guard, born in 1993, with extensive international experience.
A product of Loyola University, where he played for the Ramblers, he averaged 15.3 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in his final season in 2016-2017. Doyle began his career with the Long Island Nets, a G-League team, where he averaged 20.5 points and 4.5 rebounds before making his NBA debut with the Brooklyn Nets, where he averaged 3.4 points in 10 games. In the 2017-2018 season, he had his first European experience with Spanish side Murcia, averaging 11.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.3 assists. He was also a key player in the FIBA Champions League. After a stint in the G-League with the Windy City Bulls, in 2019-2020 he moved to Israel, playing for Hapoel Eliat, averaging 15.3 points per game and 3.1 assists. The following year, he played in Serie A1 with Trieste, where in 28 games, he averaged 12.6 points and 3.6 assists.
In 2021-2022, he had his first experience in the Turkish Championship with Gaziantespor, averaging 12.5 points and 3.3 rebounds, before starting the 2022-2023 season in the top Australian league, playing for the Tasmania Jack Jumpers, averaging 17.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists. During the same season, he returned to Turkey with Tofas Bursa, averaging 14 points, 4.8 assists, and over 40% from 3-point range. From 2023 to 2025, Doyle played first in the Australian Championship with the Tasmania JackJumpers, averaging 16 points per game, and then, during the same season, in Puerto Rico with the Indios de Mayaguez, finishing last season with 15 points and 6 assists per game. In the 2025-2026 Championship, Guerri's new guard played with Melbourne United, still in the top Australian league, finishing with averages of 16.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists.
