The Napoli Basketball Season Ticket Campaign for the 2026/27 season officially starts today, Monday, July 20, at 12:00 , on the slogan "DNA – Born in Naples, Back in Europe." The campaign reflects the connection between the Club, the city, and the fans, as Napoli Basketball prepares for an exciting season competing in both the Italian Serie A and the BKT EuroCup. Season tickets will be available for purchase online through the official website, napolibasketball.com, and on the Vivaticket platform.
The Season Ticket Campaign will be divided into three phases. Phase 1, running from July 20 to July 26, is reserved exclusively for 2025/26 season ticket holders, who will have the opportunity to renew their current seats through a priority renewal process. Renewals can be completed online by entering the customer's Vivaticket code, or by person at the Napoli Basketball headquarters, Viale Gramsci 15, on Tuesday, July 21, and Friday, July 24, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During this phase, fans may purchase only the DNA FULL season ticket package, which includes entry to all 15 home games of the Italian Serie A regular season and all 7 home games of the BKT EuroCup.
Phase 2 will take place from Tuesday, July 28, through Sunday, August 2, and will also be reserved for 2025/26 season ticket holders. During this period, subscribers will still be able to make their priority renewal rights by renewing their season tickets both online or by person at the Club's headquarters on Wednesday, July 29, and Friday, July 31, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. During this phase, fans may purchase the DNA ITALY season ticket, which includes entry to all 15 home games of the Italian Serie A season. With the end of Phase 2 on August 2, the priority renewal period for 2025/26 season ticket holders will officially end, along with access to the dedicated renewal pricing and benefits.
Open sales will begin on Tuesday, August 4, allowing all fans to purchase season tickets for the 2026/27 season. From that date, all season ticket packages will be available, including: DNA EUROPE, which provides access to all 7 home games in the BKT EuroCup and DNA PLUS, the full package, which includes entry to all home games in both Italian Serie A and the BKT EuroCup, along with a wide range of exclusive benefits, including discounts, special offers, and dedicated bonuses.
Among the new features introduced for the 2026/27 season is the ability for season ticket holders to resell their seat or transfer their season ticket to another person, with services available directly on the Vivaticket platform. Season ticket holders will also have access to a discounted subscription for LBA TV, allowing them to watch every Serie A game, the Italian Supercup, the Final Eight of the Italian Cup, and the entire Playoffs, including the Finals. In addition, all season ticket holders—depending on the package they purchase—will enjoy priority access to buy tickets for any Serie A Playoff and BKT EuroCup Playoff home games.
For the 2026/27 season, the Reduced Price category will once again be available for Under-25 and Over-65 fans. Children up to 6 years of age will be admitted free , provided they do not require their own seat. The Disabled and Family ticket plans will also remain available, but they may be purchased only during the in-person sales days at the Club's headquarters. Finally, 2025/26 season ticket holders wishing to change their seat will be able to do so exclusively during the in-person sales days at the Club's headquarters.
