Napoli Basketball faces a European away game tomorrow against Lithuania’s team Neptunas Klaipeda in a match valid for the fifth day of Group C of the EuroCup.
The game will be played at the Svyturio Arena in Klaipeda, with tip-off scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
Following their impressive league victory in Tortona, Repesa’s team faces a tough European road trip, aiming to secure their fifth consecutive EuroCup win.
Napoli currently leads Group C with four wins from four games played. Their opponents, Neptunas, have so far recorded one win and three defeats in the competition.
In the Lithuanian domestic league, Neptunas sit fourth in the standings with four wins and three losses. In their most recent game, they defeated Siauliai 110–88, led by Drell’s 21 points and Franke’s 20.
The Baltic team features Kristupas Zemaitis, who played for Napoli last season. However, he made just one appearance due to an injury that prevented him from playing for the remainder of the season.
Jack White:
“I’m very proud of this group and of the way we’ve started our EuroCup campaign. You can’t afford to have an off day in this competition, and Wednesday’s game against Neptunas will be no exception.
We need to continue approaching every game with the same energy, focus and desire to win, with the aim of putting together 40 minutes of our style of basketball.
I expect another high-level game, with an opportunity to compete for another victory in the Napoli jersey.”
The game will be broadcast live on Sky Sport Arena, Sky channel 204. Live updates will also be available on Napoli Basketball’s social media channels.
