PALLACANESTRO TRIESTE - GUERRI NAPOLI, THE GAME WILL BE PLAYED TOMORROW AT PALATRIESTE

Guerri Napoli faces Pallacanestro Trieste on the road tomorrow, in the twentieth round of the Serie A Championship. The game will be played at PalaTrieste, starting at 8:00 PM. After home losses to Tortona and Venezia, Coach Alessandro Magro's team faces a challenging match against the Trieste team, a leading force in Italy and Europe this year.

Pallacanestro Trieste, who came from an unlucky lose their last league match in Tortona, is sixth in the standings with 18 points and has qualified for the Coppa Italia Final Eight, scheduled for next week in Turin, where they will face Olimpia Milano, and for the second round of the Champions League, having lost this week to the strong Gran Canaria. Lanzarini, Marziali, and Catani will referee the match. Markel Brown, shooting guard for Pallacanestro Trieste, is the former player in the game, having played for Napoli in the 2023-2024 season, where the Azzurri won the Coppa Italia.

Coach Alessandro Magro:
"A challenging away match awaits us on a very difficult court against a team that has won seven of its eight home games. However, we're eager to compete against an opponent of this caliber to best prepare for the Coppa Italia and bounce back from our recent poor home performance. We know we'll have to show great energy on the pitch and limit the talent of their players, especially the guard, who are great scorers. We want to prove to ourselves and our supporters that we're willing to leave everything on the pitch to honor the jersey we wear and return to winning ways in the league."

Pallacanestro Trieste - Guerri Napoli will be broadcast live on the LBA TV platform. Live updates will also be available on Guerri Napoli's social media pages. As a reminder, you can follow the Azzurri's entire Serie A season, exclusively for the USA and Canada, on the "Napoli Basketball TV" YouTube channel.
