It's the penultimate matchday of the Serie A championship for Guerri Napoli, who face Una Hotels Reggio Emilia away tomorrow. The match will be played at the PalaBigi in Reggio Emilia, starting at 5:00 PM.
Coach Repesa's team, after their impressive comeback victory against Trento in the last match, faces what is probably the league's most in-form team. After a difficult first half of the season, Reggio Emilia has won 10 of their 12 matches in the second half, and is coming off three consecutive victories against Cremona, in Trento, and their latest win at home against Tortona. UnaHotels is sixth in the standings and has already qualified for the playoffs. Reggio Emilia players Lorenzo Uglietti and Tomas Woldetensae are among the former players in the match. The match will be officiated by Sahin, Borgo, and Lucotti. In the first leg, played at the Alcott Arena on October 26th, Guerri won 95-87.
Leonardo Faggian:
"There are two games left in the season. Now we face a very tough match against Reggio Emilia, who are probably the team in the best form in the league right now. Compared to the first leg, they are a completely different team. We'll have to do our best and try to cause them problems. We're very disappointed that our fans won't be able to come and cheer us on. However, we hope to see many Neapolitans at the PalaBigi. We'll give it our all, as always. We've had an intense week of work, and we're very motivated."
The game will be streamed live on the LBA TV platform. Live updates will also be available on Guerri Napoli's social media pages. Remember, you can follow the Azzurri's entire Serie A season, exclusively for the USA and Canada, on the "Napoli Basketball TV" YouTube channel.
