Guerri Napoli announces that Lithuanian player Kristupas Zemaitis, following the injury sustained during the game against Virtus Bologna, has undergone surgery for the reduction of a left mandibular fracture.
The operation, which was completely successful, was performed by surgeons Dr. Gianluca De Fazio, Prof. Giovanni Dell’Aversana Orabona, Dr. Marco Friscia (anesthesiologist), Dr. Daniela Palumbo, and the entire staff of the Maxillofacial Surgery Unit at Policlinico Federico II, headed by Prof. Giovanni Dell’Aversana Orabona.
The procedure was also supported by Prof. Dr. Beniamino Casillo, Head Team Physician of Guerri Napoli Basket, and Dr. Carlo Capuano, specialist dental consultant for the club.
