S.S. Napoli Basket is excited to welcome Christopher Caird as an Assistant Coach, officially completing the coaching staff under Head Coach Alessandro Magro.
Born in 1989 in Daventry, England, and now an Icelandic citizen, Caird brings extensive international experience both as a player and coach. He won the Icelandic Cup in 2018 with Tindastóll, where he also began his coaching career as an assistant.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as Head Coach of Selfoss-Basket in Iceland before joining the London Lions (UK) as Assistant Coach for the 2023–24 season. Most recently, he served as an assistant coach at Nagasaki Velca in Japan’s B1 League, continuing to grow his global résumé.
