Napoli Basketball announces that it has signed an three-years agreement, with Leonardo Faggian, a 195 cm swingman born on February 6, 2004 in Treviso.
Faggian began his path in his hometown and with the youth of Treviso Basket he reached an Under 15 National Final, two Under 19 National Finals and twice the Final Eight of the IBSA Next Gen Cup. In the 2020-21 season he is aggregated to the first team in Serie A1 and in the following year he collects 6 appearances while also gaining experience in Basketball Champions League.
Faggian’s consecration came in the 2022/23 season where in 24 games he recorded an average of 12 minutes and 3.2 points, contributing in an important way to Treviso’s salvation. He increases his contribution in the 2023-24 season with 25 appearances, averaging 10.8 minutes scoring 1.4 points per match so much to be included among the 5 best Under 22 of LBA. Last season he played an important championship in A2 series with Scaligera Verona playing 38 games averaging 20.5 minutes and 6.1 points per game.
Faggian with the jersey of the national team played in 2019 with the Under 16 representative and played with the Under 20 the European Championship 2023.
